Finding forms have always been a big challenge for students as well as professional writers. It requires hard thinking and hard work to find form of a subject. We may have narrowed down our subject, filter some details and identify our readers, but it is not enough because there will always be many raw ideas that start to jumping around our thoughts and shaking our original idea. From time to time, sudden inspirations might come along the way, but most attempts to structure need persistent effort.
As users complete your form, you may well be asking them to provide supporting information or attach supplementary documents where required. Providing a checklist, often at the beginning or end of a form, helps remind users about all the things they should remember to attach, and any further steps they need to go through.
